1. Introduction

Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

The user has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform us (Bonanno Andrea, VIA GUIDO D’ORSO N 40 B, 91026 MAZARA DEL VALLO (TP), Email: supporto@riparazioneassistenzaitalia.it) by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of their decision to withdraw from the contract. The enclosed withdrawal form may be used, but it is not compulsory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If the user withdraws from this contract, we will refund all payments received from the user, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the user’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we receive notice of the withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment used by the user for the initial transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will the user incur any additional costs for this refund.
